These terms apply to orders placed with Maevera Gallery at this website. Maevera Gallery is an online retailer based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

Product information

Product descriptions are written from the information available for each piece. Photographs are representative; screens render colour differently and natural materials vary between batches. Where a specification is not listed, it is because we do not have it confirmed – we would rather leave it out than guess. If you need to know whether an item suits a particular use, write to [email protected] and we can help you compare it with the specifications listed.

Pricing

Rupee prices, and they can move. Whatever was displayed at the moment your order was confirmed is the price that binds. An obvious pricing mistake on a listing is raised with you before dispatch instead of being pushed through.

Payment

UPI and Cash on Delivery only. We do not accept cards. Details on the Payment policy.

Delivery

Estimates, charges and the free-delivery threshold are on the Shipping policy. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

Returns

Window, condition and refund timelines are on the Return and refund policy. Maevera Gallery does not offer a direct exchange.

Warranty

Maevera Gallery does not provide an additional warranty through this store. Where a warranty is stated on a product page, that warranty applies according to its own terms.

Placing an order

Completing checkout places an offer. Our confirmation email is the acceptance. If we then find the item is not available, you be contacted by us and get a full refund – the Cancellation policy covers the timing.

Tax

Maevera Gallery is not registered for GST. Based on the business’s current circumstances, turnover stays below the applicable GST registration threshold, so GST registration is not applicable at this time. GST is not charged separately on orders, and no GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN is issued. The price on a product page is the price of the goods; applicable delivery charges appear before checkout is completed.

Prints and framing

Print colour renders differently on screen and on paper. Where an item is described as hand painted, brushwork varies between pieces. Frames are supplied with a paper insert, not with photographs.

Use of this website

Site content belongs to Maevera Gallery or is used with the owner permission. Commercial reuse is not permitted without asking. Interfering with the site or placing fraudulent orders is not either.

Liability

Consumer rights that applicable Indian law does not permit to be excluded remain intact irrespective of anything written here. Beyond those, and to the extent the law allows, our liability on a product claim is limited to what was paid for that product.

Governing law

The governing law is that of India – including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP 2023). Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable jurisdiction rules, courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction.
