Payment policy

Payment at Maevera Gallery is UPI or Cash on Delivery – a deliberately short list.

Cards

Cards are not part of the setup. We do not accept cards – credit, debit or saved – so there are no card details collected or stored here at all. Anything claiming to be Maevera Gallery and asking for a card number is not us.

Currency and pricing

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees. The price on the product page is the price of the goods. Applicable delivery charges appear before checkout is completed: free on orders of ₹999 and above, ₹49 below that.

UPI

Choose UPI at checkout and complete the payment in any UPI app you use. The transaction is between the two banks; we do not handle or hold your PIN at any stage.

Cash on Delivery

Pay the delivery agent in cash when the parcel reaches you. There is no extra charge for choosing this. It works on eligible orders and PIN codes – some remote areas are outside the COD network, and checkout will say so.

Tax and invoicing

Tax status, stated directly: not registered for GST. Turnover is below the applicable GST registration threshold and registration is therefore not applicable to the business at this time. Nothing for GST is charged separately on your order, and no GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN can be issued. Product page price is the price of the goods; delivery charges appear before checkout is completed.

You will find an order invoice inside the parcel – it records what you bought and what you paid, but it is not a GST tax invoice.

Sets and singles

Where a listing says set of three or set of four panels, the price is for the complete set. Frames sold in multiple sizes are priced per the quantity stated.

Failed or duplicate payments

From time to time a UPI debit succeeds while the order does not register. Email [email protected] with the UPI reference and the time and we will reconcile it. Duplicate payments are returned within 5 business days of confirmation.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method. For a Cash on Delivery order the refund is sent to bank or UPI details you provide. Timelines are in the Return and refund policy and the Cancellation policy.

Part payment

Orders are paid in full at checkout or in full on delivery. There is no part payment, deposit or instalment option on this store.

Price changes after ordering

Once your order is confirmed, the price on the confirmation is the price. A later change to a product page does not affect an order already placed, in either direction.
